A great time was had by all and we appreciate everyone’s support! We look
forward to bringing it to you again next year, should the Lord tarry! We also
look forward to seeing you at the 2008 TCVSGMA convention later this year!

We have added a new page to the website in order to better
serve our members. You can now have your schedules posted on our new "Member's Schedules" Page. To get your info
posted - you must be a member of TCVSGMA and send it to the webmaster.
The link to the page is located on the blue navigation bar to the left and it
is called...you guessed it..."Member Schedules." Schedules will
posted on a first come, first served basis and will be listed exactly as you
send them in, so please proof-read your schedule before clicking that
"send" button. Also - please try to get the formatting as simple as
possible (plain text works best) so as to minimize problems with importing the
schedules.
Meeting Schedules
General Association meetings are held on the first Monday of every month. Locations
of the meetings change month to month and are announced at each meeting, posted
here at the website (see the scrolling banner above or at the bottom left
corner) and will be listed in the monthly newsletter.
All Committee Meetings: The association will conduct a combined meeting of
committees on the third Monday of each month. This format will allow for better
communications between committees and aid in “getting things done”. We
have a lot in store for 2007 and we need you to help! Come to the
committee meeting and help get things done!
Attention Groups and Soloists!! – I need your contact information!
If you’ll look at the Membership page, you’ll see a listing of each group and
soloist in the Association. If you are not listed, please let me know. Also,
consider what you would like listed for contact information. I need telephone numbers, e-mail address,
mailing addresses, etc. Please send your information to: webmaster@tcvsgma.com.
